Mission

Mission Are you passionate about challenges and talent development? Within the Human Resources Department, we are looking for a Recruitment and School Relations Manager to identify top talent and contribute to the performance of our store network. 

Main Responsibilities: 

1. Contribute to the Definition and Management of the Serenity Recruitment Strategy 

  • Contribute to the development of the external recruitment policy, aligned with the company’s strategic directions, operational needs, and market conditions 

  • Manage the recruitment budget 

  • Oversee sourcing, manage and monitor external providers (headhunting firms, employee referrals, ATS, multi-posting platforms, etc.) 

  • Provide regular reporting to management and operational teams 

2. Lead the Recruitment and School Relations Team 

  • Manage 2–3 recruitment officers to meet the needs of the store network and headquarters 

  • Ensure the team’s KPIs: recruitment volume, average time-to-hire, recruitment in hard-to-fill areas, quality of hires (especially soft skills) 

  • Identify and attract qualified candidates 

  • Organize and conduct in-depth interviews 

  • Follow up with candidates through to contract signing 

  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience 

  • Develop and manage a pool of qualified candidates 

3. Monitor and Optimize the Recruitment Policy 

  • Improve and optimize recruitment processes and tools 

  • Anticipate future recruitment needs and proactively build talent pools 

  • Stay up to date with new recruitment techniques (e.g., AI) 

4. Contribute to the Definition of the School Relations Strategy and Coordinate Related Actions 

  • Define partner schools 

  • Organize and monitor school-related activities such as conferences, forums, etc. 

  • Recruit top students from top schools during their studies 

This position includes EMEA projects with an international dimension.
