Your role

• Perform eye examinations and visual assessments.

• Provide expert advice and recommendations to patients and customers.

• Ensure an exceptional customer experience.

• Support the daily management of the store.

• Supervise and motivate a team of approximately 4 employees.

• Contribute to business performance and development.

• Degree in Optometry or equivalent qualification recognised in Mauritius.

• Newly qualified or first professional experience.

• Passion for patient care and customer service.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• English is a plus but not mandatory.

Compensation and benefits

Competitive package starting from approximately 70,000 MUR gross per month, depending on experience.
